Zypcom's C-Series modems ( Zypcom Z34-SC and Zypcom Z34-PC ) integrate data, fax and voice features into
one reliable, low-cost communications solution. The C-Series product
line includes an external and internal modem for computers using
Microsoft® Windows 3.1/95. Both models incorporate V.90 56Kbps*
technology for line speeds up to 56Kbps*. With V.42bis compression, data
throughput can reach up to 115,200bps. Zypcom modems are proven leaders
in data throughput — even on impaired telephone lines. Network World

Zypcom Z34-SC and Z34-PC offer Fax, Voice and Video
In addition to advanced data mode capabilities, C-Series modems include
the latest fax and voice features. Fax features such as 14.4Kbps line
speeds, personal fax mail boxes, fax retrieval functions and
fax-on-demand capabilities combine to offer the full fax functionality
required at remote offices. The C-Series voice features include a
digital answering machine, multiple personal voicemail boxes with
security, message scripting capabilities and a full-duplex speakerphone.
In addition, these modems incorporate V.80 compatibility for H.324
videophone calls. C-Series modems will record and play messages through
the Z34-SC's built-in MIC and speaker or an attached telephone handset.
These modems are also sound card-compatible for recording and playback
(.WAV format) of messages.
Zypcom Z34-SC and Z34-PC offer Upgradeability
The Z34-SC and Z34-PC are designed with flash memory for controller and
digital signal processor (DSP) upgradeability. Future improvements and
enhancements such as ITU-approved 56Kbps operation can be quickly
downloaded to the modem through the PC's COM port.
