An access device ideally suited to support legacy equipment and provide a solid migration path to IP, the CSU/DSU solution supports existing TDM equipment at the customer’s premise while the ATM network continues to grow and move further toward the network’s edge. The Verso WANsuite® series consists of intelligent WAN access devices, ranging from low-cost CSU/DSUs to fully Integrated Access
Devices (IAD). The WANsuite 5130 is a highly intelligent, softwarebased T1/FT1
CSU/DSU with a network port, an asynchronous supervisory port; and a 10/100 Base-T Ethernet interface.
