Ethernet HUBS 10BaseT

Hubs are a simple but vital part of every network large or small. There are many types of hubs but by far the most popular are the 10BaseT Ethernet hubs. These Ethernet hubs range in size from as few as 4 ports to as many as 48 ports. The most common are either 12 or 24 ports. Some are managed and some are not and some offer management as an option. Some hubs also have  media adapter slots to add such things as a single fiber link or additional management modules. Others have an AUI link or other link included. Also, there are other things to consider such as the stacking features and of course cost.

10BaseT Ethernet hubs unmanaged:

12 port RJ45 Ethernet 10BaseT

24 port RJ45 Ethernet 10BaseT

10BaseT Ethernet hubs with built-in (NMM) network management module / no media adapter slots:

12 port RJ45 Ethernet 10BaseT  hub with NMM

24 port RJ45 Ethernet 10BaseT  hub with NMM

10BaseT Ethernet hubs with two available media adapter slots:

12 port RJ45 Ethernet 10BaseT  hub / optional NMM (network management module) / optional Media Adapters

24 port RJ45 Ethernet 10BaseT  hub / optional NMM (network management module) / optional Media Adapters

Small, economical  10BaseT Ethernet hubs:

4 port RJ45 with 1 10Base-2BNC

8 port RJ45 with AUI or 10Base-2BNC  port
